Position: Retail Assistant Store Manager Role

Elevate store operations as an Assistant Store Manager, supporting daily retail activities while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role also requires acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee operations, staff management, and merchandising. You will provide exceptional customer service, address escalated issues, and develop team members through training and coaching. Your leadership will play a crucial role in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations and staff management

• Support merchandising, stocking, and shipping tasks

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues

• Train, coach, and develop sales team members

• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of retail experience

• At least two years in a supervisory or management role

• Open availability for various shifts

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
