Responsibilities- Creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors
- Sharing your passion and knowledge of sneakers, apparel, and current trends
- Helping customers find the perfect fit, style, and product solution
- Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals
- Supporting store operations, merchandising, stock management, and presentation
- Working as part of a high-energy team to keep the store looking fresh and running smoothly
- A genuine passion for sneakers, sport, fashion, or streetwear
- Confidence building connections and starting conversations with customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Retail experience is great, but not essential
- Motivated individuals who bring energy, initiative, and enthusiasm to every shift
Our busiest trading period is just around the corner, and we're looking for team members who can be there when our customers need us most.
To be considered, you will have strong availability throughout the Christmas and New Year period, including:
- November through January
- Late night trading shifts
- Weekends, Public holidays including Boxing Day
- Work surrounded by the world's biggest sneaker and sportswear brands
- Be part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team
