Lead a dynamic team at Roots as a Retail Team Lead in a collaborative environment. Support customer experience and coach teammates to elevate store performance.
In this key role, you'll be instrumental as a brand ambassador and will report directly to the Store Manager. Your responsibilities include providing on-the-floor coaching, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional store standards. By fostering team success and addressing customer concerns, you will play a vital role in shaping a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors
• Provide real-time coaching and support to team members
• Train and onboard new staff effectively
• Motivate the team to achieve daily sales goals
• Coordinate tasks and manage store routines and breaks
Requirements:
• 1+ year of retail experience, ideally in apparel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
