Here's what a typical day can include: you meet your team in the morning for a motivational huddle, review promotions, share wins from the day before, and head out to meet customers. You knock on doors, have conversations, answer questions, and help people find the best internet or mobile plan for their needs. Along the way, you gain confidence, learn how to sell, and earn more than you thought possible.

• Interacting with customers face-to-face
• Sharing the value of Bell Canada s services (Internet, TV, Mobile)
• Building trust and rapport with potential customers
• Logging activity and updating leads
• Working as part of a supportive, tight-knit team

• Love talking to people
• Are comfortable working outside or on your feet
• Want to learn new skills that look great on a resume
• Want to earn more than minimum wage (a LOT more!)
• Are available full-time and are reliable
• You are NOT a student, because we need full-time, consistent hours

• Hourly base pay of $20/hour + unlimited commissions (no cap!)
• Full paid training (sales experience NOT required)
