• Directly assist customers with phone & counter sales

• Prepare and process quotes along with orders

• Maintain high standards of service delivery

• Manage inventory and confirm stock availability

• Organize and maintain the showroom effectively

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in the electrical sector

• Strong knowledge of electrical products and solutions

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AS400

• Strong organizational skills for effective order management
