- Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Sell automation systems, robotic cells, inspection equipment, and manufacturing solutions
- Develop strategic customer relationships with engineers, manufacturing leaders, and executives
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Identify new markets and support commercialization of innovative technology products
- Achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
- 8+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Proven success selling one or more of the following:
- Robotics & Special Purpose Machinery
- Inspection Gauges & Metrology Solutions
- CNC Machining & Manufacturing Services
- Industrial Technology Products
- Demonstrated ability to generate and manage multi-million-dollar sales revenue
- Strong technical, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Experience closing complex engineered solutions
- Engineering or technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Industrial)
- Existing network within automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Experience launching or commercializing new technology products
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Secure new automation and robotics projects
- Win new gauges and fixture business
- Expand CNC machining and manufacturing service revenue
- Establish strategic customer relationships across North America
