Become the key customer contact at Roofmart, Canada’s leading exterior building supply distributor. We're seeking an Inside Sales Associate with strong customer service skills to enhance our team.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers, facilitating sales and providing assistance both in-store and over the phone. You'll handle product preparation, loading, and unloading while ensuring a clean, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service, aiming to meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as customers' first point of contact for inquiries
• Complete daily sales transactions and banking reports
• Pick and load products onto trucks efficiently
• Offload and organize incoming products in the warehouse
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and storage safety
Requirements:
• College diploma and 3+ years in warehouse/forklift roles
• 3+ years of retail, business, or sales experience
• Valid Forklift License preferred
• Ability to lift 80-100lbs repeatedly
• Strong customer service skills and roofing knowledge a plus
