Become a Healthcare Security Guard with Paladin Security Ltd in Kingston, Ontario. In this impactful role, you'll protect people and property while providing a professional security presence.
This position is available for full and part-time shifts, offering 10 openings. As a Healthcare Security Guard, you will greet the public and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout healthcare sites. Your duties will include conducting patrols, supporting access control, and documenting incidents as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Protect clients and hospital staff from potential threats
• Assist and direct the public at healthcare facilities
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols
• Document incidents and investigate as necessary
• Support safety inspections and enforce hospital rules
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of healthcare security experience preferred
• Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• College/University education is necessary
• First Aid and CPR Level C certification needed
