Position: Kingston Healthcare Security Role
Work with Paladin Security as a Healthcare Security Guard at Kingston Health Science Center. Play a key role in protecting patients and visitors during full-time 12-hour shifts.

Paladin Security is seeking qualified candidates for full-time Healthcare Security Guards in Kingston, Ontario. This rewarding position supports a 24/7 healthcare facility caring for the community. Applicants must present a valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid certification along with their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain security presence and assist visitors

• Conduct patrols to ensure safety and security

• Respond to emergencies and implement hospital codes

• Perform patient watches and manage access control

• Assist with safety inspections and adhere to policies

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• First Aid & CPR Level C certification needed

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required

• Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
