Kingston Civil Enforcement Officer

Take on the role of a Parking Enforcement Officer with Indigo at Kingston VIA Rail. This position involves ensuring all parking rules are enforced while providing top-notch customer service.

As part of your role, you will patrol the area, manage enforcement for illegally parked vehicles, and maintain high standards of safety. This job requires an ability to handle complex situations while engaging effectively with the public. You'll be responsible for logging operational data and performing audits to support efficient enforcement practices within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol using personal vehicle daily

• Enforce parking rules through quotations and warnings

• Report any hazardous conditions encountered

• Oversee towing of vehicles as necessary

• Respond to public inquiries about parking regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Clean driving record with valid driver's license

• Strong problem-solving skills in stressful instances
