AFIMAC Security Supervisor

Position: AFIMAC Security Supervisor Role
Enhance security leadership as a Supervisor at AFIMAC Canada during critical assignments such as protests and crises. Shifts are 12 hours, 7 days a week, demanding flexibility and focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security operations during organized protests

• Coordinate response efforts in emergencies and disasters

• Monitor and enhance staff performance

• Facilitate team training and staff conflict resolution

• Manage deployable security personnel efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in security environments

• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal history

• Must be flexible and able to travel as needed

• Strong skills in organization and computer use

• Availability to work 84 hours over a week
