Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and secure locations in need of protection

• Address labor disruptions and community protests

• Effectively manage confrontational scenarios

• Prepare thorough documentation of incidents

• Adjust availability for emergency assignments

Requirements:

• Must have a valid security guard license in Ontario

• Open to working 84 hours weekly

• Prepared for travel throughout Ontario on short notice

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Background in security and conflict management
