Night Shift Security Officer

Join Paladin Security as a Night Shift Security Officer at the John Counter Campus, focusing on property protection and safety. This role emphasizes monitoring, reporting, and maintaining security protocols.

This position operates on a Full-Time basis from Monday to Friday during the night hours, 2100 to 0500. You will manage access control, inspect facilities, and document incidents or safety concerns. A proactive approach and security training are key to fulfilling duties effectively at this site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all areas to ensure comprehensive coverage

• Check and secure entrances, exits, and vehicle doors

• Document and report any security incidents immediately

• Stay vigilant for suspicious individuals or activities

• Complete detailed shift reports for management review

Requirements:

• 6-month commitment to the role

• Certifications in Use of Force and MOAB required

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Essential security experience of at least 1 year

• Authorized to work legally in Canada
