G-Force Security is hiring an Emergency Alarm Responder to support our team in Brockville, Ontario
. This role involves responding to alarm calls, conducting on-site investigations, securing client properties, and taking appropriate action during emergency situations. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills who can respond confidently and professionally while helping protect people, property, and assets.

• Respond promptly to alarm activations and emergency calls at assigned sites.
• Assess situations upon arrival and take appropriate action to ensure safety and security.
• Coordinate with emergency services, site personnel, and management when required.
• Investigate alarm activations and security incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Monitor and report potential safety hazards, security concerns, or system malfunctions.
• Complete detailed incident reports, activity logs, and required documentation.
• Follow established safety, emergency response, and security procedures at all times.
• Maintain a professional and calm presence during emergencies and high-pressure situations.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required).
• Valid Full G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract (required).
• Full availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification is an asset.
• Previous experience in alarm response, security, or emergency response is an asset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures and the ability to work independently.
