Paladin Security is looking for a Full-Time Healthcare Security Guard to join the team in Brockville, Ontario. The role demands excellent conflict management skills along with experience in proactive security practices. Be prepared to perform physical tasks and adapt to various situations throughout shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out security patrols in all weather conditions

• Manage escalating situations using de-escalation techniques

• Create and submit accurate incident reports

• Enforce site policies and procedures

• Work alongside onsite staff to fulfill operational needs

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Clean-shaven for N95 mask fit testing

• Proof of at least two COVID-19 vaccinations

• Valid security license and relevant certifications

• Minimum of 6 months in a security role preferred
