Lead a dynamic mobile team with Paladin Security in Kingston! This full-time position focuses on mobile patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response.

As a Branch Mobile Team Lead, you will oversee mobile patrol operations, ensuring high standards of safety and professionalism. This role requires maintaining effective communication with security staff and clients while executing established security procedures. You will also document incidents meticulously and respond promptly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile patrols across assigned sites

• Communicate clearly with security staff and management

• Investigate complaints and report safety hazards

• Enforce company policies courteously and professionally

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of security experience

• Valid G level driver's license with clean abstract

• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Proof of two COVID-19 vaccinations

• English fluency in written and oral communication
