Brockville Casual Security Guard Position

Location: Brockville

Ensure patient and staff safety at Brockville General Hospital and The Royal Brockville as a Casual Healthcare Security Guard with Paladin Security. This role involves proactive engagement and de-escalation techniques during emergencies.

As a Casual Healthcare Security Guard, you will work with Paladin Security to provide crucial support at two healthcare locations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining safe and compassionate environments, requiring you to patrol, monitor, and respond to incidents effectively. Commitment to flexible scheduling across shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal and external security patrols

• Monitor patient safety requirements

• Remain calm during emergencies and manage conflicts

• Report incidents accurately and thoroughly

• Enforce client and Paladin policies

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Hold a valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Ability to be clean-shaven for N95 mask fitting

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations required

• 6+ months customer service experience preferred
