Ideal candidates will possess at least 6 months of healthcare security experience and will be engaged in continuous monitoring and effective response strategies to various incidents. Commitment to safety and health protocols will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patrols of hospital facilities
• Respond to incidents professionally and promptly
• Utilize de-escalation strategies to handle conflicts
• Investigate and document routine security incidents
• Enforce hospital policies and regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in healthcare security
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification required
• Must provide proof of double COVID-19 vaccination
• Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities required
• Authorized to work legally in Canada
