We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to motivated, coachable individuals interested in outdoor work and delivering excellent results.

Requirements:

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary); training will be provided on lawn care and paint/stain projects.
• Must have own car or reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Reliable and hardworking
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site

Compensation:

• $17-$21/hour depending on experience and responsibility
