Shape student engagement and wellness at Hillel Queen's in Kingston, Ontario as the Wellness and Engagement Coordinator. Promote personal growth through community connections and innovative programming.
In this full-time, temporary contract, you will work to create a thriving campus community that highlights well-being and active participation in Jewish life. Your strategic initiatives will address evolving student interests, providing mentorship and support to foster student resilience and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage students in meaningful campus activities
• Develop and facilitate wellness-driven events
• Create strategic engagement initiatives for student needs
• Offer immediate support to students in crisis
• Maintain confidential documentation of student involvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience in social services or community organizations
• Strong skills in mentorship and relationship building
• Background in case management preferred
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach
