Position: Social Services Case Manager Role
Become a temporary Case Manager in social services with Ontario Works in Kingston, Ontario. This full-time role involves client relationship management and administrative support to promote self-sufficiency.

The position is set for a duration of up to 12 months, focusing on case management duties under the direction of the Ontario Works Supervisor. You will be responsible for client eligibility assessments, creating participation agreements, and helping clients access employment assistance. Your work will directly support individuals in overcoming challenges and securing sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client caseloads and provide comprehensive support

• Complete applications and assess eligibility accurately

• Develop strategies for Employment Assistance that address barriers

• Monitor compliance with all applicable regulations

• Organize and conduct case management activities and documentation

Requirements:

• Background in social services or case management preferred

• Understanding of Ontario Works and related programs

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to conduct offsite client inquiries

• Dedicated to enhancing client outcomes
