Join The Royal as a Social Worker 2, dedicated to supporting mental health recovery in a full-time role. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services that meet client needs.

Based in the Secure Treatment Unit at Brockville Mental Health Centre, this role focuses on crisis intervention and recovery planning for clients with complex mental health issues. You'll work closely with families and colleagues to advocate for essential services and participate in community education. Your ability to document treatment and interact with clients will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer professional social work services for crisis situations

• Implement creative recovery plans for clients

• Collaborate with families and caregivers for treatment

• Maintain proper documentation and data collection

• Instruct and supervise Social Work students

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work

• Three years of relevant mental health experience

• Ontario College of Social Workers membership

• Skills in using electronic health records

• Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities
