Part-time Service Coordinator - DSLG

Join Developmental Services of Leeds and Grenville as a Part-time Service Planning Coordinator, focused on enhancing service plans for children with special needs. This role is ideal for those passionate about client advocacy.

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in developing integrated service plans that align with the unique needs of each child and family. You'll work collaboratively with multiple agencies and support families as they access essential services and navigate challenges. Your commitment to quality care will drive improvements in service delivery and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility

• Develop individualized support plans for children

• Facilitate case management and advocacy initiatives

• Offer training on child behavior management

• Guide families through funding and resource access

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or similar

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related services

• Familiarity with developmental disabilities care

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience in crisis management preferred
