City of Kingston seeks a Housing Programs Administrator to develop, coordinate and facilitate training aligned with federal and provincial housing legislation and local policies. You will work with internal teams, service providers and community agencies to strengthen programs and improve client outcomes. You will train users of HIFIS and Rent Café, perform site visits, and assess program quality to ensure data integrity and effective service delivery.
