In this pivotal role, you'll enhance Flo Sports' live streaming platform and ensure the reliability of thousands of events. You'll build and maintain backend microservices using Node.js/NestJS or Go, while also writing clean, well-tested code. Your contributions will support real-time broadcasting and help define new features in collaboration with team members and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain backend microservices with Node.js/NestJS and Go
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and follow team best practices
• Participate in code reviews and foster continuous learning
• Collaborate on defining and delivering new features
• Monitor stream health and resolve live broadcast issues
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Type Script, Node.js, and/or Go
• Experience building RESTful APIs and relational databases
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance engineering efficiency
