We are currently seeking Part‑Time Drivers and Route Support Drivers in Kingston & surrounding region. Part‑Time Drivers will be assigned to open routes, while Route Support Drivers will assist with temporary vacancies and support future route opportunities.

Earn $23.00/hour for every hour worked including driving, pre/post trip inspections, meetings, orientation, and more. We also offer retention bonuses, employee referral programs, a perks program, RRSP program, employee discounts, and more.

Your role:

• Safely transport students within your community to and from school, ensuring a reliable and positive experience each day
• Prioritize student safety at all times, including during boarding, transit, and exiting the vehicle
• Conduct thorough pre and post trip inspections to keep the bus operating safely and receive payment for this duty
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bus, including fueling and basic upkeep to present a well‑kept, professional vehicle
• Accurately complete daily Hours of Service reports and maintain required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Immediately report any mechanical issues or concerns that affect safe operation
• Address and report any student behaviour issues in a timely and professional manner following company procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with safety practices, policies, and regulations
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and care while fostering a safe and respectful environment for all passengers

• You are safety focused
• You hold a valid minimum full G class driver’s licence for at least 1 year
• If you don’t currently hold a B or E Class licence, Voyago provides full training at no cost
• You are 21 years of age or over
• You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
• You have sound knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas
• You can work independently
• You are available for the required shifts:
  • Monday to Friday approximately 6:00 am to 9:15 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (start and end times vary by route)
• You possess solid communication skills
• You enjoy being around children of all ages
• You are comfortable driving in all types of weather and road conditions
• You are comfortable driving large vehicles
• You have basic computer skills and can navigate Google Maps or a GPS unit

• Secure a dedicated route for the 2026/2027 school year with a set schedule while enjoying the flexibility of part‑time, split‑shift work (September through June)
• Play a key role in safely transporting students each day and building meaningful connections
• Routes may occasionally adjust but the driver remains on the route unless major location changes occur
• Offers stability, community connection, and a chance to make a difference every day

• Provide coverage for routes as needed, ensuring students reach school safely in the morning and home in the evening
• Operate a range of vehicles while supporting routes across Kingston and surrounding areas
• Work with diverse teams, experience different routes, and meet various community needs
• Expect 12 – 25 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours on operational tasks such as vehicle moves and switch‑outs
• Offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference everyday
