As Warehouse Team Leader, you will assist the Warehouse Supervisor by leading safe forklift operations and training new staff members. Your 2-5 years in a warehouse team lead role, preferably within food manufacturing, will help you uphold quality and productivity standards while effectively managing inventory and operations. Expect to participate in 6S and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team compliance with safety regulations
• Provide leadership and mentorship on-site
• Prepare materials for production schedules
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation
• Report process improvements and issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience in warehouse supervision
• Proficient in SAP and forklift operations
• Strong computer skills and ability to perform manual tasks
• Flexible availability for overtime and shifts
