Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 / year

To lead and optimize warehouse operations through disciplined inventory control, safe and efficient material handling, and strong team leadership, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective flow of goods that consistently supports production and customer demand.

• Maintain overall warehouse inventory accuracy at or above 98% through cycle counts, transaction auditing, and inventory reconciliation activities by the end of each month.
• Maintain order picking accuracy at or above 99% by implementing verification procedures and conducting routine audits of outbound orders throughout the fiscal year.
• Maintain ERP transaction accuracy at or above 99% by ensuring timely and accurate completion of all inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and shipment transactions throughout the year.
• Maintain adequate staffing coverage and operational continuity by effectively scheduling warehouse personnel, managing attendance issues promptly, and cross-training team members throughout the year.

• Inventory & Process Discipline - Maintains accurate inventory records through strong transaction control, cycle counting, and adherence to standard processes.
• Operational Planning & Execution - Plans and prioritizes warehouse activities to ensure timely receipt, storage, shipment, and replenishment of materials.
• Team Leadership & Workforce Development - Develops a capable and accountable team through effective scheduling, coaching, training, and cross-training.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Resolves operational issues and implements improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.
• Customer & Production Focus - Ensures material availability and responsive support to meet production requirements and customer commitments.
• Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Builds effective partnerships and communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders to support operational success.
• Safety & Compliance Leadership - Promotes a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment through consistent adherence to policies and standards.
