We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join a thriving independent Estate Agency in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will bring experience, energy, and a passion for delivering outstanding service within the residential lettings sector.

This role is central to the day-to-day success of the lettings department, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Managing all aspects of the lettings administration process
  • Booking viewings and preparing tenancy documentation
  • Supporting negotiators with daily administrative duties
  • Coordinating move-ins and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and database updates
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Working collaboratively with the lettings and property management teams
