Location: Chessington

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing business based in Chessington, where attention to detail and strong communication skills are key.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration, operations, customer service, or coordination experience who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities, and supporting different teams across the business.

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operational and administrative processes, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain high levels of accuracy and service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing orders and processing documentation accurately

• Updating and maintaining internal systems, trackers, and databases

• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries

• Monitoring and updating shipment and delivery information

• Supporting stock allocation and inventory administration

• Producing reports and maintaining operational spreadsheets

• Supporting finance processes with documentation and payment information

• Providing administrative support across multiple departments

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity

• Handling general administration duties and supporting operational activities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous administration, coordination, customer service, or operations experience

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

• Experience with in logistics, supply chain, operations, or commercial environments would be beneficial but not essential
