Executive Assistant – 2-Month Contract

Location: South-West London – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: 2-month minimum, with potential to extend
Day Rate: £250–£300 per day via Umbrella company
Working Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP – applicants can have a maximum 1 weeks’ notice

Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant on an initial 2-month contract, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA to join a collaborative team of five EAs, supporting senior executives through a period of significant organisational transformation.

The Role

You will provide high-level executive support to the COO and CPO
, taking ownership of complex diary management, international travel coordination and day-to-day executive administration.

The role will suit an EA who is highly detail-focused, proactive and confident operating as a trusted and diplomatic gatekeeper for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Schedule Management

    • Manage complex, shifting calendars for both executives, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing time based on business impact
    • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including cross-time-zone coordination
    • Anticipate scheduling needs around offsites and Exec Team staff meeting
    • Build relationships with other EAs/leadership teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination
  • Meeting & Event Coordination

    • Organize and manage logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and team events (venue, catering, AV, materials)
    • Prepare agendas, capture action items/minutes, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Travel Management

    • Book and manage domestic/international travel itineraries, accommodations, and ground transport
    • Handle last-minute changes and disruptions efficiently
    • Prepare travel expense reports and reconcile receipts
    • Maintain trackers/dashboards for key initiatives owned by the CPO and COO
  • Confidentiality & Judgment

    • Handle sensitive company, personnel, and strategic information with discretion
    • Exercise sound judgment on prioritization and escalation without explicit direction
    • Manage conflicting priorities between two executives with tact and diplomacy
  • Administrative & Office Support

    • Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements
About You

We’re looking for an experienced EA who can hit the ground running and immediately provide high-quality support.

The three key qualities are:

Exceptional attention to detail – you will spot the small things others might miss and proactively ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Proactive and "on the ball" – you will anticipate requirements, stay ahead of your executives and confidently manage competing priorities.

Gravitas, integrity, discretion and executive presence – you’ll have the gravitas to operate confidently with C‑suite stakeholders and act as a trusted gatekeeper.

Required Experience:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior/C-suite executives.
  • Strong diary management and international travel coordination experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The confidence and judgement to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong minute-taking and broader executive administration skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively alongside other EAs and support functions.
  • Immediate availability, with a maximum one-week notice period
