Host, Customer Service​/HelpDesk, Customer Service Rep

Location: SurbitonHourly rate:£14.80 Per Hour

We are seeking warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad-hoc temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well-supported from the moment they arrive.

As a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front-of-house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include:

• Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
• Support with post room duties, including receiving goods
• Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
• Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
• Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
• Taking deliveries (Can weigh upto 20KG)

• Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-service role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periods
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between tasks
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service

• Ad-hoc temporary shifts - flexibility required
