Freelance Technical Designer (Solidworks)
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer to join a creative fabrication and design studio specialising in brand experiences, bespoke installations, and high-quality retail and exhibition environments. Excellent knowledge of Solid Works, CAD, Fusion 360, and Adobe Creative Sui - te.
Understanding of 3D printing and rendering software such as Cinema 4D or Keyshot (desirabl - e).Strong tooling, machining, and material knowled

Manage allocated design projects from CAD build and presentation through to realisa - tion.
Liaise with design leads, art workers, and project managers to ensure technical and creative align - ment.
Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings for manufac - ture.
Present and communicate designs to internal teams and clients effecti - vely.
Conduct site surveys and support installation activities when requ - ired.
Motivate and support junior staff to ensure smooth studio operat - ions.
