Teaching Assistant

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support

Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines

Encourage pupils' emotional, social, and academic development

Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists

Help promote independence and positive behaviour

Requirements:

Previous Teaching Assistant experience is beneficial

A patient, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
