About the role/school

Job Responsibilities

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging EYFS lessons that meet curriculum objectives

Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence

Track pupil progress and provide targeted support to ensure all children achieve their personal best

Support early phonics, language development, and foundational learning skills

Work collaboratively with wider staff, parents, and external professionals

Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and classroom routines

Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion across all EYFS activities

Qualifications/Experience

The ideal EYFS Teacher will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience in an Early Years setting (Reception or Nursery preferred)

Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development

Excellent behaviour management and communication skills

A passion for early years education and building positive relationships with young learners

Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

Right to work in the UK
