Sessional Lecturer – Health & Social Care
Join Kingston College as a Sessional Lecturer in Health & Social Care. This part‑time role involves teaching a range of courses from Level 2‑5, supervising students, and contributing to curriculum development.
Responsibilities- Teach Health & Social Care courses across Levels 2–5, including BTEC, T‑Level, HNC/D, Uniformed Services and Sport courses.
- Design engaging coursework assignments and use innovative assessment methods to achieve student learning outcomes.
- Prepare timetables, monitor progress, and support internal and external verification.
- Maintain accurate student records and contribute to student reporting.
- Participate in curriculum review and develop new learning materials.
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in a Health & Social Care subject.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Significant health & social care industry experience.
- Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of new technologies for teaching and learning.
