Sessional Lecturer – Health & Social Care

Join Kingston College as a Sessional Lecturer in Health & Social Care. This part‑time role involves teaching a range of courses from Level 2‑5, supervising students, and contributing to curriculum development.

• Teach Health & Social Care courses across Levels 2–5, including BTEC, T‑Level, HNC/D, Uniformed Services and Sport courses.
• Design engaging coursework assignments and use innovative assessment methods to achieve student learning outcomes.
• Prepare timetables, monitor progress, and support internal and external verification.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to student reporting.
• Participate in curriculum review and develop new learning materials.

• Degree or relevant professional qualification in a Health & Social Care subject.
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Significant health & social care industry experience.
• Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of new technologies for teaching and learning.
