ANZUK Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Kingston Upon Thames to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to work 1 : 1 with a high-needs pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful difference in their learning and development.

• Providing 1 : 1 support for a pupil with high needs ASD
• Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation throughout the school day
• Implementing strategies to support communication, behaviour, and social interaction
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment

• Experience supporting children with ASD and / or additional needs (school-based or transferable experience)
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
• Relevant training or qualifications are desirable but not essential

• Competitive daily pay of £95 – £108.65, depending on experience
