A respected Independent School in Kingston is seeking a highly organised Science Technician to join their busy and high‑achieving Science Faculty from January
.

The school is known for its excellent behaviour, academic standards and well‑equipped laboratories. The successful candidate will support Biology, Chemistry and Physics practical lessons working closely with teachers to create a safe and stimulating environment.

• Preparing materials, chemicals and equipment for Science practicals
• Maintaining and organising laboratory equipment
• Ensuring all experiments comply with health & safety requirements
• Assisting during lessons when required
• Managing laboratory stock, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well‑organised workspace

• Newly refurbished labs with high‑quality equipment
• A supportive team of technicians and teachers
• Training opportunities in lab management and safety

• Experience as a science technician or in a laboratory environment
• Strong organisational and practical skills
• Understanding of health & safety guidance
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced department
