Academics are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and welcoming primary school in Kingston upon Thames to appoint an outstanding Year 3 Class Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative KS2 team within a school that combines high academic expectations with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing.

You will be joining a Year 3 cohort where teamwork and shared planning are central to success. Workload is carefully considered, and systems are streamlined to allow teachers to focus on what truly matters - delivering excellent teaching and improving outcomes for pupils.
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners
Use assessment confidently to drive progress and raise attainment
Foster a positive, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
Maintain high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement
The school welcomes applications from both confident ECTs and experienced KS2 practitioners. For experienced teachers, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as subject leadership or mentoring, depending on experience and career goals.
