Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to provide excellent administrative support to the Principals, Heads of Curriculum Administration, Senior Management Team, staff and students. This role plays a key part in enabling the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities, ensuring that students thrive in the college environment and achieve their personal learning goals.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the college’s information systems and utilise data to support accurate and efficient processes.
- Maintain understanding of timetables, registers and college finance systems.
- Support a wide range of administrative tasks including student feedback, attendance, performance and academic procedures, student references, confirmation of programme of study, Parents’ Induction Evenings, Graduation, room bookings, Enrolment and more.
- Construct letters, perform mail‑merge and label runs.
- Provide fast‑paced, flexible support and prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent administrative skills with knowledge of office procedures.
- Strong telephone and communication skills.
- Methodical, highly organised, assertive when required.
- Excellent IT skills:
Internet applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail‑merge and label runs. - Familiarity with MIS systems.
- Capability to manage change and work under pressure.
