A specialist SEN setting in Kingston upon Thames is looking for a PMLD Support Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a specialist support role for someone comfortable with complex needs and personal care. This is a practical, hands‑on support role. The school needs someone caring, resilient, and confident working with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines.

Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP‑linked needs.
Helping pupils access learning and daily routines.
Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Providing consistent, patient, and reliable support.
