ADHD Specialist Teaching Assistant

Location: Kingston upon Thames

Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term

Start Date: Immediate

Protocol Education is looking for an experienced ADHD Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require additional help with focus, engagement, and emotional regulation.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with ADHD on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
Implement behaviour and engagement strategies.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs.
Promote positive learning outcomes.

Requirements

Experience supporting children with ADHD.
Understanding of behaviour management techniques.
Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
