OverviewA specialist SEN setting in Kingston, Kingston upon Thames is looking for a PMLD Support Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a specialist support role that requires comfort with complex needs and personal care, providing practical, hands‑on support to pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines.
Responsibilities- Support pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP‑linked needs
- Help pupils access learning and daily routines
- Work closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
- Provide consistent, patient and reliable support
- SEN, care, support work, school or youth work experience
- Comfortable with practical support
- Patience, resilience and strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and consistent throughout the day
£95 - £120 per day
