Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – £120 - £140 per day – Term-Time Contract

• Delivering planned learning activities and supporting children both in and out of the classroom
• Taking responsibility for whole classes in the absence of teachers
• Supporting children with additional learning needs and promoting inclusion
• Collaborating with teaching staff to contribute to lesson planning and children’s progress
• Assisting with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil development

• Supporting teaching and learning across key stages
• Leading classes when required and assisting teachers in delivering curriculum
• £120 - £140 per day – Term-Time Contract (Daily pay based on experience)
• September Start – Term Time Only – Full Time availability preferred
• Based in the London Borough of Kingston

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working with children
• Confident in managing whole classes and delivering learning activities
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Committed to supporting children’s educational and social development
