Aspiring Secondary School Teacher – Richmond – September
Are you a high‑achieving graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching? Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- Deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment and confidence
- Work with small groups and individual students across a range of subjects
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom delivery and pupil progress
- Support students preparing for GCSE and A‑Level examinations
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
- Strong GCSE and A‑Level results are highly desirable
- Previous experience working with young people is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for education and future teaching aspirations is essential
- £110 per day
