You will lead curriculum development and growth, adapting course offerings in response to industry demand, and ensure full compliance with funding regulations. You will act as a Safeguarding Officer for the School and will demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using College systems, alongside a thorough understanding of institutional policies and procedures. We would like you to hold a degree or equivalent in an applicable performing and/or production arts subject and hold a management qualification (or willing to work towards).
Recognised as an effective teacher, you will hold a teaching qualification and have a proven track record of improving and managing a high-quality curriculum. With sound knowledge of performing and production arts curriculum and a firm grasp of current and impending national changes, with a proven record of effective curriculum development and growth, you will have demonstrable leadership and management skills and previous experience in the context of curriculum and staff management.
The successful candidate will be eligible for any increase in salary as a consequence of the annual cost of living review that will be implemented in the new academic year. Closing date for the return of completed applications is 3rd July 2026.
