Philosophy Education is looking for Behaviour Mentors for a full-time position in Kingston upon Thames, starting September 2026. The role involves providing support to pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, particularly those who have been excluded from mainstream education.
Ideal candidates will have a background in youth work or sports coaching, demonstrating a positive, resilient approach and the ability to build strong relationships with students. The position is temporary and contract-based, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact.
