The Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media Practice sits within Kingston School of Art. Students develop insight and understanding across the fields of creative practice to define their progression to study further s Pathway leader role is an integral part of the Foundation leadership team and will be responsible for leading the Fashion & Fabrication specialism.
Your expertise contributes to the exceptional reputation of the Fashion specialism, taking the lead on planning and developing the curriculum, timetabling and co-ordination of specialism staff. You will embrace active studio delivery, tutorials, support and coordinate University applications, portfolios and assessments. This role supports pastoral care of a diverse range of students, academic leadership, management and administration to maintain relationships within the Department.

Responsibilities- Lead the Fashion & Fabrication specialism within the Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media Practice.
- Plan and develop the curriculum, timetable and co-ordination of specialism staff.
- Support active studio delivery, tutorials, and coordinate University applications, portfolios and assessments.
- Support pastoral care of a diverse range of students, academic leadership, management and administration to maintain relationships within the Department.

- 0.5 FTE Lecturer position
- 18.5 hours per week
- Salary: £33,047 pro rata
- Interviews: week commencing 03.08.26
- Shortlisted candidates will be asked to give a 10-minute presentation sharing values to be embedded within Fashion & Fabrication at FE level and how to implement across the curriculum
