Support Worker, Special Education Assistant

Job Overview

REESON Education is recruiting a support worker for a special needs school located in Kingston Upon Thames. The position is permanent and focuses on assisting pupils with their day‑to‑day needs in classroom and community settings.

• Support pupils with daily living activities and community engagement.
• Encourage participation within classes and assist with social activities.
• Help maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Work as part of a classroom team, providing support when required.

• Support worker experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to commute to Kingston Upon Thames.
• Available to work Monday to Thursday during term time only.
• Good attitude and commitment to become an excellent support worker.
