Location: Kingston upon Thames, Greater London
Salary: £18,887 - £20,015 per annum (FTE £28,836 - £30,550)

Role OverviewThe role of Learning Coach is a rewarding one, as you will support and mentor learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, a disability, learning difficulty or medical condition, and/or with ESOL, English and Maths support needs, to enable them to successfully complete their qualifications, courses and where appropriate, education, health and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.

Candidate Requirements- Experience is not essential but it would be beneficial if you have worked with young people or adults who have social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Ability to use initiative, organise and prioritise.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Good administration and computer skills to keep high-quality written records of learner progress and set appropriate smart targets based on EHCP outcomes, support plans, and coursework.
- Willingness to achieve a GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent with grades A
- -C in English and Mathematics (if not already held).
